What Causes Itching, Redness And Blisters On The Leg Below The Knee?

Hello yes I have a question two days ago my leg ( in between knee& ankle) got really itchy so I scratch it of course! But today the area where it itch is now swollen ,redness, &small white pimple with pus along with pain ( don't seem like a spider bite) can u help?
