What Causes Itching, Redness And Burning All Over The Body On Exposure To Sun?

After I go for a walk in the cold and come back inside I have itching, redness and burning all over my body, in spots. I fine while I'm walking and I'm fine going from the warmth of the house to the cold outdoors. It seems to be coming in from the cold to warmth that causes the problem.
