What Causes Itching, Redness And Sores In The Vagina?

for the past couple of months i have been having problems in my vaginal area. my symptoms are: itching, irritation, small reddish bumps/sores (one or two not all over just on the top), and vaginal odor. i am a teenager and not sexually active so i am sure its not an STD. i have begun to wonder if it could be attributed to my exima or acne. could you please tell me what is wrong and how i can treat it?
