What Causes Itching Sensation On Foreskin Of Penis And Pain In Groin Area?

Hello, I would really appreciate if you take the time to read through my question. I believe that I might have been exposed to a possible risk of infection and I am feeling really anxious about it. I am a 24 year old circumcised gay male who is NOT sexually active. Recently I was at a party where I hooked up with a guy with UNKNOWN STD HISTORY OR PREVIOUS TEST REPORTS. We kissed (with tongue) and sucked on each other s lips. He gave me a hand job, and I returned the favor. During the hand job, I licked the tip of his penis and glans penis a few times for few seconds each without giving him a blowjob. I did not note any precum (but I am aware that only a little inconspicuous amount is sufficient for contamination). He used his saliva as lubricant while giving me the hand job. THERE WAS NO CONDOM INVOLVED. We DID NOT have anal sex; no form of penetration was done. He did ejaculate on my hand (especially fingers, 2nd, 3rd and 4th distal phalanx). I did not ejaculate during the episode nor had any precum (don’t ask me why, no idea). I did not touch any exposed mucous of mine (eyes, mouth, nose, rectum etc.) after he had ejaculated. About me, I do not have any broken skin, ulcers, abrasions, laceration etc. or open wound of any sort on my hand. I do occasionally get chapped lips and they do bleed sometime, but it was not present that day due to proper hydration I believe. About my partner, I did give him a thorough oral examination in the morning (paranoiac as I am being a medical student) and did not note any oral sores, ulcers, chancres; herpetic lesions or mucosal damage but I did notice dental caries in his 2nd upper molar. On visual genital examination, no warts, ulcers or local lesions were apparently found but I did NOT give him a thorough examination. He is uncircumcised. BUT in the morning 6 hours after we had our episode, I noticed him having chapped lips without bleeding (but could not rule it out bleeding at the time of sex. After 6 days, I felt my foreskin inflamed with medium itchiness and more than usual quantity of smegma, I thought perhaps it is candidiasis caused due to the hand job and intense rubbing of the shaft. I have applied Clotrimazole 1% cream today. I have no dysuria or urethral discharge. I have no fever, no diarrhea, no swollen upper lymph nodes (cervical, occipital, mandibular, etc which I am checking every day), no flu like symptoms except a few sneezes here and there which can be physiological. But I have this vague pain in the left inguinal region in the groin proximally to the urinary bladder starting yesterday and I am not sure if it is tender inguinal lymph node. But after a course of fluconazole 100 mg for 3 days it cleared up. Now after 20 days I have a bout of pharyngitis, without rhinitis, cough or coryza. But I do have headache and fever. I am treating myself with antibiotic and antipyretics. My question is what is my approximate risk of acquiring HIV or any other STI from this episode? Can these symptoms be of primary HIV sero-conversion? I am really freaking out about it and I would really appreciate some risk assessment. Thank you so very much.
