What Causes Itching, Skin Peeling And Cuts On Nipples After Removing Piercings?

i got my nipples pierced 2 months ago. they where doing pretty good until 3 weeks ago...one f my rings came out,so i took the other one out and clean both of them...i saw a lil puss but nothing to worry about cause it was white..for the last 3 weeks my nipples been itching, peeling,lil cut marks, puss and hard with dead skin...what should i do or use to clear this up?
