What Causes Itching Soreness And Bumps On The Labia?

Hi am 28 years old, height 5 feet 2 inches,weight 51 kgs,I have libia itching from 6 months,soreness and red bumps are formed and i feel like scratching it.It is worse at nights and mornings once i wake up,Now I am 10 weeks pregnant as of now i dont have severe itching but a little itching is there.Am worried if it may not come back.
