What Causes Itching Under The Skin Surface Between Breasts And Rib Cage?

Hi... There is a itching sensation that is between the area under my breast and above my rib cage... The itching sensation is not on the surface of my skin, it feels as if it is under the skin, in side my body... Do you know what this is and why I am feeling this?
