What Causes Itching While Sweating?

i am 24 , i feel itchy when ever i sweat specialy at the back and chest i think its the weather change cose i moved from a cold place to hot place but this thing is driving me crzy i cant avoid sweating course this place is hot even i have think twice before i get a drink out side the house please helpe
