What Causes Itching With Welts On Face And Ears?

I thought it might have been rosacea but my face itches my nase and ears itch and gets really red and when a scratch it it welts up
and it just is very itchy I know I am ellergic to tomatoes but now I think I am ellergic to other things but what I don't know HELP
