What Causes Itchy And Dark Skin In Thigh, Stomach And Around Breast?

Hello Doctor i have recently been scratching a lot by my thigh, stomach, and around my breast. The skin is become dark but its not hard to the touch. I have tried applying lotion in hope of relieving the itch and having my skin turn back to its color.
