What Causes Itchy And Dry Red Spots On Face After Shower?

it happens everytime after the shower, i get like not bumps its just red spots and really itchy and dry after the shower, it happens when i come out of the pool sometimes and everytime im at the gym and i get sweaty i go to the bathroom and see red spots all over my face?!
