What Causes Itchy And Painful Black Spots On Leg?

having itchy/painful black spots on my leg, which actually started from my sole n gradually spreading to the whole extremity, its symmetrical. Having a doubt whether or not its is appearing due to some food allergy... the spots seems to be permenant. is there any possible methods which may help me to get rid of these spots without causing any adverse effects.
