What Causes Itchy And Painful Bumps On Butt Cheek?

I have a small dime size bump on my left butt cheek where the two cheeks touch. It is painful and it itches and it is also got like little blisters on the surface. This goes away and then comes back months later in the same spot. IS this herpes or something?
