What Causes Itchy And Painful Bumps On My Scalp?

Hi, I was getting bumps or spots on my scalp that were itchy and painful. My GP gave me a prescribed me Flucloxacillin antibiotic and ketopine shampoo, this cleared it up until I stoped taking the antibiotic, it then came back but also on face and chest. I went back to GP who prescribed me the same antibiotic. The same thing happened again. I saw another doctor who prescribed me Tetralysal antibiotic to take for 3 months. Im 2 weeks in to taking the Tetralysal but worried when I stop taking it it will come back again
