What Causes Itchy And Red Swelling On Legs And Arms?

hello, i have swellings on my legs and arms. new ones appear as the old ones fade away. they are not so wide or portruding, but very itchy and reddens with time. i started using marvelon in december 2010, but i am using a nuvaring now. what is wrong with me please. thanks!!
