What Causes Itchy And Sore Blisters On Hands And Breasts During Pregnancy?

Please type your query here... dear doc i'm pregnant and have a skin problem on the hands it looks like eczama but on my breast it is sores. there is water coming out and it looks like it is healing and but as soon as i clean it or take a shower it is row can't allow cloth to touch as it is painful and now has some odur it is givivg off. what could cause this and it is itchy. and burns everynow and again. please asssist me because i'm worried
