What Causes Itchy And Yellowish Fluid Filled Mole On Back?

Hi, I have had a regular mole on my back for years and in the last week or so it has became rather itchy and yellow fluid is coming from it. Made an appointment with my g.p today and I m really worried. I also have developed a little red Sore on my arm which has been there for about a week and looks like a wart. I had impetigo in November and was on my face, and my doctor gave me some fucidin cream and antibiotics and it cleared within a week. was just wondering if this has anything to do with it?
