What Causes Itchy Anus Along With Rashes On The Chest?

hi maybe i should go to the doctor for my own piece of mind but eh for the past while, my anus is quite itchy and i seem to be breaking out over my chest and on my back. I do have type 2 diabetes so I was wondering if that had anything to do with it!!
