What Causes Itchy Blisters On Arms And Legs?

I have got skin rashes, that is a small redness with tingly and itch at start, then become noticeably raised and clear fluid filled blisters. 3-4 lined up and some are joined together. it appears on one arm around wrist area and spread to other part of body, mainly arms and legs at the moment,
I had it last year at this time. I went to see doctor who thought it might be pemphgus. I have vege garden where has various veges, like pumpkin, cucumber, radish etc that all have prickles
I think I got pricks from one of those plant because it happened after I spent some time in the garden.
