What Causes Itchy Blisters On Arms And Legs?

Hi, I developed some itchy bliser like bumps that started on my upper arms/shoulders, then covered my full arms.hands and now the lower 1/2 of my legs. Looks like bugs bite ut the ooze clear, amber coloured fluid. Then they get dry almost like my exzema/phorisis (doctors not sure which one it is). I looks terrible and my new job next week is taking me to a spa and I'm affraid to go like this......help
