What Causes Itchy Blisters On My Hands And Feet, Itchy Breasts, And Occasional Bloody Vaginal Discharge After My Period?

Hello doctor i have some more symptoms which i am scared of where it s lead to. I have a small itchy blisters on my hand and foot, itchy breasts, and sometimes bloody vaginal discharge after a week of menstruation cycle in last two months. Also it was a summer season with such a heavy heat. I want to know the reason and causes of this symptoms .
