What Causes Itchy Bump On Scortum Skin?

I have a single itchy bump on my scrotum skin (about the size of a BB) that has been there for weeks, there is no puss, just clear liquid if you put pressure on it. It seems to itch more when I am active or at night, it also is a tingle kind of itch but not like a cold sore. It has not spread like warts and has not swelled like a cold sore. What type of doctor should I see? I have had a blood test once a year, (one last week but forgot to ask my family physician about it) and have been married 7 years. I need to go to a dermatologist to check my moles anyway, do you think that would be ok? and does this sound like it is something to worry about?
