What Causes Itchy Bump On Vaginal Lip After Having A Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage on Monday and it appears I have one bump on the outer lip of vagina, it's itchy. It appears to be the same color no white head. Is this just swollen from all of the harmones in my system or is this something that I should be concerned with?
