What Causes Itchy Bump Surrounded By Red Rash On Nipples?

hi i am 23 years old 4 days back i started to develop a a bump near my left breast near my nipple which was is extremely itchy and after 12 hrs another bump appeared surrounded by red rash.. vot should i do because it is very uncomfortable. is it something to do to the doctor for?
