What Causes Itchy Bumps Below The Navel Region?

Hi I have a collection of itchy bumps on my stomach in the centre about two inches below my navel. it started a couple of weeks ago with one bump which I thought was insect related, now there are more though and it is very itchy. Looks like largish spots.
