What Causes Itchy Bumps On Skin Of Tailbone?

I have cluster of bumps on skin in the area of tailbone its itchy but doesn t spread the first time it occurred was while I was doing some cleaning in my home which took all day and BOOM the top of my crack is itching out of no where it formed a cluster of clear fluid filled bumps I scratched it got scabby and went away now its back same area same thing nothing different could it possibly something that s associated with not showering often
