What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Face?

I am a 22 year old male, currently deployed to afganistan, and i keep getting these unknown bug bite looking bumps on my face but in the same spot every time, pretty much around the same time every day. They itch soo bad, if i scratch it will get pretty big, if i fight the urge then itll be gone in about 30 min, just to come back the nect day or a few hours later. Really annoying, been happening the last 2 weeks every day tried lotions, change of soap, sheets nothing seems to work.
