What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Feet?

This morning I woke up with tiny little itchy bumps on my feet. I assumed they were bites, but a few more have popped up over the day.

I have had cold like symptoms for over a week, but am showing no fever. I am sure these bumps are unrelated, but just mentioning it. The one bump I could see properly this morning looked liquid filled, but others have not.

Any ideas?
