What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Forearms?

hi, doctor i have small bumps that are close together on my forearms. they itch sometimes, and i mostly get them in the summer i believe. ive been reading up on keratosis, and it has simularities but mostly differences. can you please tell me what they might be!
