What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Hood Of Clitoris?

I have yeast infection due to me changing soaps, but I also just got my period yesterday and today I realized I have tiny bumps on the hood of my clit, they slightly itch only if I scratch them, otherwise from that they are just uncomfortable...what is going on, I'm quite worried?!
