What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Lower Back Area?

Hello, Yes, I have a question about itchy bumps on my lower back area by my tailbone.

This started about a year ago or so. The area tingles and then itches and next thing ya know I have several bumps. They eventually scab and go away but what is causing this?
