What Causes Itchy Bumps On Wrist And Torso?

a few days ago I woke up with little itchy bumps on my wrists and torso. a few days later I woke up to theses same itchy red patches on my ears and around my eyes. I went to the er. they gave me steroids and hydrocortisone cream and Pepcid to take. the very next morning..i woke up to dark red itchy patches all over my body and my face on medication. I have a newborn baby and a husband who has no signs of this rash can u help me?
