What Causes Itchy Dry Patch Of Skin Near Vagina?

Hi, I have a small patch of dry skin near my vagina and it doesn't hurt no pain and not even when I pee at all, but if I start itching it, it will start to itch. I have no nasty smell, or weird color discharge and my vagina isn't showing any signs of being swollen?
