What Causes Itchy Ears And Throat And Stuffy Nose?

last few months , I was reacting to something several times when I was in the food court at work. getting itchy eyes & throat, really bad stuffy nose... have no idea if i'm having an allegic reaction. It almost feels like I'm having a bad cold for few hours till symptoms dies down. Please help
