What Causes Itchy Eyes Along With Dizziness?

Hi, I ve been experiencing itchy red eyes and dizziness. In the past I ve been diagnosed with papilledema. I had a Mri and a Mrv both normal. I also had a lumbar puncture also normal. I m concerned it s back. Any suggestions what avenue I should explore next?
