What Causes Itchy Groin Rashes With Swollen Nipples?

I have had off/on rashes on my groin area for a few months now, itchy nipples although the right one is a lot more itchy and a bit swollen. My stool has not been the same for quite some time as it is constantly loose. I had a bad cold last week which lasted for approximately 9 days. What is happening to me!
