What Causes Itchy Hands With Peeling Skin On Fingers?

About a month ago my hands were really itchy and a couple of days later my finger tips started to peel. The only thing I can think that made my hands itchy was that I dyed my hair and used the gloves in the dye kit. Now my feet are peeling and I am not exactly sure why.
