What Causes Itchy Hands,fingers And Wrists?

I get itchy hands and fingers and wrists. Sometimes on the top of my feet and ankles. It happens periodically and I can't seem to pinpoint any product that may be causing this. They get so itchy at times that I start to bleed. The tops of my hands sometimes get raised bumps but not like hives. Can this be related to higth blood pressure
