What Causes Itchy Hives All Over The Body While Using Vitamin Supplements?

I've been taking microgynon 30 for three weeks and yesterday started taking vitamin supplements (magnesium, coenzymeQ-10, vegepa and cod liver oil) today i've come out in hives all over my body, they are so itchy and red, and i had to use an inhaler as i was wheezing. is this because of the supplements?
