What Causes Itchy Lump Beside The Areola Along With Burning Sensation?

Hi my left nipple has been sore for couple days now and thismorning i noticed a red like spot/bump on my areola next to my nipple . It has been itchy and has a burning sensation. I thought it was a spot and got some tissue and tried to pop it . Some white/tinted yellow stuff came out but its still noticable and sore.
