What Causes Itchy Lump On The Labia Minora?

Hi.. I m a little spooked because I have a flesh colored bump on the outer labia majora that s a little tender to the touch. It is itchy at times. There are 2, one that is very small and another that slightly bigger right next to each other.. like a pimple. They have been there for 3 plus months. No change in size, not hard grow bigger when I shower it seems. I have been vaccinated gardasil booster shots. Do you think it could be warts? I do shave pretty regularly.
