What Causes Itchy Lumps On Scalp?

I am experiencing itchy scalp. I also have bumps in my scalp. I tried head & shoulders shampoo, then selaum blue and it didn t help. It seems to be worse when I sweat from my head. I do have to watch my glutin and lactose intake and have been true to the restrictions.
