What Causes Itchy Nipple And Discharge?

my 14yr old daughter has a fairly large chest and has been complaining of itchy nipples and clear discharge coming out of her left breast. Her fathers mother and her sister both died of breast cancer, should I be concerned about cancer with my daughter right now?
