What Causes Itchy Nipple With Discharge After Miscarriage?

I am almost 30 years old and have been trying to concieve #2 for nearly 2 years. My ob has me on Clomid, soon to be starting my 5th round with no sucess. I have asked her about my breasts but she seems to shrug it off saying dry skin? But they are extremely itchy especially my nipples and I secrete a milky liquid if I squeeze them. I had a miscarriage in March of 2010 and this has been going on since not long after that. Is it possible I have high prolactin levels that could be causing this or do you have any other sugestions? Thanks for your help.
