What Causes Itchy Painful Bump On The Back?

Hello, I have a small pimple like bump on my back but it hurts with any pressure even in the shower. It itches and it recently turned black. I had my grandma look at it and she thought it was just a bug bite but I popped it and a small white stone came out of it along with clear pus and blood. Please help me figure out what this is!
