What Causes Itchy Painful Lumps Below The Ears?

Hi I am currently on holiday in Greece and it's extremely cold. I am from India and not used to this kind of weather. Have worn 3 layers of clothing including thermals, though have left my head exposed for long patches. I started having a severe pulsating/throbbing head ache on the left side of my head above the eye brow and also my left eye started feeling a little under pain. So I started wearing a woollen skull cap and then my left forehead started feeling itchy and had rashes. Meanwhile I had pandol cold and flu recommended by a local chemist for the head ache...now from since yesterday afternoon there are these painful sofT lumps below my left ear and the bone behind both my ears pains mildly and feels tender and pretty painful if I press my fingers on them. My head ache is totally gone...but these swellings and the rashes on my left for head continue...I still have 10 days of my trip to go...pls let me know what's to do?
