What Causes Itchy Patches On Wrists And Feet?

Hi, i wonder if you can help me, for the past few days my wrists and feet have been very itchy to the point where im scratching so much it burns, i was also having red patches appear on my arms and they were getting very hot, any ideas what this can be from? Thank you
