What Causes Itchy Penile Head Along With Smelly Penis?

there is a foul odour coming from my penis, sometimes it itches inside and i feel to squeeze on it as hard as i possibly can. what could the cause of this? the discharge is clear ,only if i squeeze it or as pre-com. during the day it does not run.......what is that?
