What Causes Itchy Penis Foreskin?

Age: 29, i don t have had any sexual intercourse. i do mastrbat. 2 days ago i noticed red dots found in both tip and inside of foreskin. I feel itching inside of my pennis. i cleaned and applied candid B lotion (Clotrimazole+Beclomethasone), now somewhat reduced. what is this problem. is this anything serious?
