What Causes Itchy Rash On Index Finger?

i've been getting this itchy rash on my index finger that comes and goes i tried all type of antifungal cream to try to get rid of it but it just keeps coming back. i was working at a flower shop for a year i think that might be the cause of it cause we import flowers from foreign countries and we have to clean them i wasnt using any gloves at first but after getting this itching and swelling on my finger i decided to do so. what do you think it is?
